Associate Shipping Clerks
Job Responsibility/Summary:
Pick and pack customer orders for shipment
Essential Functions:
• Picks and packs orders from all stores
• Exceeds the daily minimum pick/pack requirement
• Uses the bar-code scanning hardware and software efficiently
Job Specifications:
Education:
Minimum – None; Preferred – High School Diploma
Minimum Experience:
1-2 years of warehouse experience
Physical Requirements:
General ability to bend, reach, stretch, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds, climb and balance on a ladder and hold items above the head as needed to pull down to a carry position.
Analytical/Interpersonal Skills:
Must be a self-starter who has the ability to work at a fast pace without supervision. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask and high levels of organization are required to ensure packages are sent quickly and correctly. A positive, team-oriented attitude is required.
Shipping Associates work a rotating schedule of four 10 hours shifts each week.
Applicants must be available for overtime with same day notice.
