This LED retrofit saves you time and money changing fluorescent tubes and is more energy efficient. Troffer Retrofit Kits are environmentally preferable LED alternatives for retrofitting traditional fluorescent lens troffer luminaires, offering up to 50% in energy savings. The kits are ideal for illuminating commercial spaces, offices, healthcare facilities, airports and retail applications.
To install, you will need to remove components of the fluorescent troffer such as the frame, ballast, socket bars, and existing fluorescent tubes and replace with the hinged door LED retrofit to give a clean finished basket troffer look that diffuses bright, even light.
This LED Troffer retrofit is wattage selectable meaning you can select between 25W and 35W. At 130 lumens per watt, each wattage provides approximately the following amount of light:
