Details
An excellent flagpole to help display your flags at your spacious estate or business establishment is the 80-Foot Architectural Series EC80 Satin Flagpole. This sky-high pole is a ground set, cone tapered aluminum shaft that has an external halyard system. It presents an 80-foot height above the ground from its total shaft length of 88 feet. It is a three-piece sectional flagpole that has diameters of 12 inches at the bottom and 4 inches at the top. It can perfectly hold out against a maximum of 174 mph unflagged and 105 mph flagged wind speed ratings with its 0.375 aluminum wall thickness. This flagpole best complements your 20 feet x 30 feet flag.
The Architectural Series Flagpole, available in standard satin, also offers other three beautiful finishes in clear, bronze, black anodized surfaces but at an additional price. Aluminum flagpoles need low maintenance to sustain their natural appearance. The satin-brushed finished flagpoles usually keep clean with the rainfall in most areas. But because the exterior of the flagpole is aluminum, it eventually oxidizes throughout its lifetime. Special cleaning agents may be required to remove the discoloration caused by oxidation. The anodized flagpoles do not encounter this problem since it makes a blockade on the external surface of the aluminum flagpole, eliminating the oxidation process. With the aluminum not exposed to the elements, anodized finishes cannot oxidize. The anodized finishes allow you to clean your flagpole with simple soap and water. We strongly recommend the purchase of an anodized finish for your flagpoles.
Anodized poles take maximum time to ship because they are made to order.
Flagpoles with sizes up to 35 feet are shipped as one-piece poles, while those with sizes above 35 feet are shipped in sections and fitted with a self-aligning sleeve that requires no field welding. Commercial poles ship by truck and our shipping calculator is not able to accurately calculate the cost. For more information about buying a commercial grade flagpole click here.
If you plan on flying 2 flags, you will need to order an extra set of flag snaps and snap covers.
