Limited Availability of US made Flag Product Due to COVID 19 Plant Closures
Many of our supplier’s factories were closed due to COVID 19 and have only recently reopened. This has created a shortage of all types of flags. We apologize that we are not able to offer our normal extensive selection of flag and flag pole products. We are working diligently with our suppliers to get our full selection of product back into stock as quickly as possible.

How can I place an order? Website and Phone: We accept all Major Credit Cards. You can either order online through our secure website or call us 724-925-5600 or toll free 1-877-734-2458.
Mail Order: We accept mail orders if paying by check or money order. Click here to download and print our order form in Adobe© Acrobat format. (This form is for mail orders only. Do not use this form for sales orders.)

*Remember to include shipping costs when sending a mail order. To do this, simply add the items you wish to order to your online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the SHOPPING CART link in the top navigation to view your cart. From the shopping cart page you can choose the shipping method you want and calculate the shipping costs. Indicate on your order form which shipping method you chose and the shipping cost.

Sales Tax: We collect sales tax for the states of AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MS, MI, MN, MS, NE, NM, NV, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WA-DC WV, WI, WY. We do not collect sales tax for any other states at this time. We are required to notify you of your obligation to pay state sales and/or use tax in other states. This notice is expressly provided in order to comply with applicable state statutes. Pennsylvania does not charge sales tax on clothing. All shipping charges are taxable.
Canceling/Changing Orders: Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.
Shipping Rules: Proofread your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage. If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Online Stores, Inc or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground or economy service and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service.
Common Carrier & Freight Shipping Information
Items that are too large to ship by standard ground carrier such as UPS or FedEx are required to ship freight. Orders and items that are shipped by freight are delivered on a large truck, such as a 26 ft. box truck or a tractor-trailer.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number that has an estimated delivery date to your local freight terminal.
- The carrier will call you at your provided phone number to schedule a delivery appointment within the next 1-2 business days. Only weekday appointments are available. If you are unable to receive the shipment within 1-2 business days of its arrival at the freight terminal, contact us at 877-734-2458
- All standard freight shipments are delivered curbside. The driver will bring the item to the curb and is not authorized to move it further. Anything past curbside delivery must be arranged before placing the order.
- Most freight orders are delivered on a pallet. If you do not have a dock height delivery door, you most likely will require a truck with a lift gate. This is an additional charge and can be added to your order at the time it is placed. Please call 877-734-2458 for additional information.
- Upon delivery, you will need to inspect and sign for the shipment. Prior to signing, any visible damage to the shipment and products, along with any missing items, must be noted on the delivery receipt. We need to be notified of product damage and missing parts within one business day of receiving your shipment.
Promotional Rules: Custom Flags, Commercial Flagpoles, Select Residential Poles, and Commercial Sectionals are Excluded from Promotional Offers unless otherwise specified within the promotion. Whether listed as excluded within the promotion or not there are no exceptions, or implied promotions for listed products above
Wholesale Orders: We can supply large quantities of top quality flags and support many retailers with wholesale product. Our support of our retailer customers is second to none. Please call or email us for wholesale pricing and terms. Our wholesale department can be reached by phone, Monday –Friday, from 8AM-5PM EST, at 1-877-734-2458, option #6. Wholesale accounts are provided to resellers of our merchandise, which must have a Tax ID and Retail (resale) license.
Purchase Orders: Online Stores, Inc, accepts requests for purchase orders from corporations, government, schools and other institutions. Please mail your PO and accompanying credit references to the address above or fax to 866-509-1670. We request that your Purchase Order Form be from your company's accounting department. We request that Purchase Orders be signed and provide a contact name and phone number, ship to and bill to address, and detailed product information. All purchase orders have $100.00 minimum and do not qualify for free shipping, coupons, or discounts. For rush orders, we recommend use of a Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover card for immediate processing. PO processing takes 3 - 5 business days on average, with large value orders taking longer.

On occasion actual flag colors may differ slightly from those pictured on our site. These discrepancies are out of our control, and Online Stores, Inc will not be held responsible.
Shipping Times: All orders for in-stock merchandise, in which the customer has selected Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, or Overnight shipping, are guaranteed to ship the same business day, if placed before 1:00PM EST. Orders for in stock merchandise, indicating these shipping methods, placed after 1:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day. Orders, in which the customer has selected Economy shipping, will ship within 2-3 business days. Transit times vary, for economy shipments, from 4 business days to 10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping method. We ship to all US States and US Territories.
