30-Foot Deluxe IH Series ECA30IH Flagpole

It features a 35-foot above-ground presentation from its total 38.5 feet shaft length with a 7-inch bottom diameter and 3.5-inch top diameter. This pole has a 0.156 aluminum wall thickness with a maximum unflagged wind speed rating of 179 mph and a maximum flagged wind speed of 117 mph.

The 30' Deluxe IH Series displays an aluminum ground-set, internal halyard flagpole that comes with a winch mounted inside the flagpole shaft, operable only with a detachable crank handle. While the stainless steel cable unwinds from the winch, it goes up through the flagpole shaft interior, over the truck sheave to the shaft exterior, where the retaining ring sets forth a sliding anchor. A heavily covered neoprene counterweight, attached to the retaining ring, allows the halyard to be lowered for fastening or removing the flag. The halyard is then raised completely out of reach of vandals.

Offered in standard satin finish, this pole also comes in anodized clear, bronze, and black coatings available at an additional charge. These aluminum flagpoles require little maintenance to retain their natural shine, but the anodized flagpoles provide an even simpler way to sustain their flawless look. The satin brushed finished flagpoles usually keep clean with the rainfall in most areas. But since the exterior of the flagpole is aluminum, the satin poles still continue to oxidize throughout their lifetime. Special cleaning agents are necessary to remove the discoloration from oxidation. The anodized flagpoles, on one hand, creates a barrier on the external surface of the aluminum flagpole to get rid of oxidation. With the aluminum anodized and is not exposed to the elements, it cannot oxidize. The anodized finishes allow you to clean your flagpole with simple soap and water.
