The Americana Heat Full Brim Hard Hat with Ratchet Suspension is suitable for utilities, foundries, steel mills, and welding environments where exposure to elevated temperatures or radiant heat is a common occurrence. It is made with the same shell and suspension used in the Americana Wildlands hard hat designed to met NFPA 1977 requirements. This hard hat meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1, Type 1, Class E and G standards, and is SEI Certified. With a 4-Point woven nylon suspension and moisture-wicking brow pad that is removable, washable, and replaceable, you'll be comfortable all day on the job! The ratchet suspension is adjustable for head sizes 6.5-8 for ease of movement. Made in the USA.
