It comes with all the necessary hardware to install, including a PVC ground sleeve, collar to match your flagpole and features a cleat to wrap your halyard around for security. You also get an external stationary truck, aluminum pulley, a gold anodized aluminum finial ball to adorn the top and a braided polypropylene halyard rope to raise your flag. You get your choice of five different stunning finishes including bronze, black and clear anodized along with satin and powder coat white finishes.
