Simply activate it by soaking it in water, wring the excess, and wave it in the air. It will cool down quickly and maintains the cooling sensation as long as it is moist. When the cold temperature is fading away, shake the still wet cloth to bring back the cooling feel. Reactivate it once the cloth is dry by repeating the steps. This 8-inch x 30-inch cloth is great to use with exercise workouts, sports activities, outdoor recreation, and spectator events. Wash with cold or warm water with a mild detergent. Do not use a fabric softener for this product. Air or line dry this cloth after washing.
