The flagpole and flag look great. My previous review mentioned the missing gold ball at the top. While the customer service was difficult to get in touch with and respond, the manufacturer of the flag mailed me a new globe. I would recommend this manufacturer to others. I received the 3 flag poles on time, but two of the gold colored flag top balls were damaged in shipping and when the personnel department was notified, they sent out two new ones.
