This is a one-of-a-kind innovative American flag. It is made from fabric that is 100% post-consumer-recycled material derived from consumer PET bottles. The yarn is created from PET bottles and then woven into fabric. This material is then dyed red and blue and sewn into Amercian flags. The feel and look of the flag is similar to a 200 denier nylon. 15 bottles were used to make each 3ft x 5ft flag.
This flag features sewn, lock stitched seams which provide reinforcement and durability. The star are embroidered and the star field is colorfast dyed and resists fading. It is finished with a header and brass grommets.
