Bennington Flag

Bennington Flag

The Bennington flag flew over the military stores in Bennington, Vermont, on August 16, 1777. The American militia led by General John Stark, defeated a large British raiding force, thus protecting the military supplies at Bennington. Note that this flag begins with a white stripe.

We stock 4x6 inch & 3ft x 5ft sizes in nylon and polyester for most Historic flags. We also have 100% Cotton available for most Historic flags.

The single-ply polyester and 100% cotton flags are made outside of the US and are excellent value. The are good quality flags but are not as durable as the nylon product.
